To view hire charges, please click on "Hire Charges" listed on the blue panel to the left.
On a 'smartphone', access "Hire charges and booking" on the list obtained via "hamburger" icon then use the down arrow to the right for a further list and select "Hire Charges".
WiFi access is included at no extra cost; please ask for details when booking.
To book the Hall, please contact the Bookings Secretary by telephone on 07894734446 (or e-mail SHVHbookings@gmail.com). You can download the Booking Form and the Conditions of Hire by clicking on the links below. Please read the Conditions of Hire before completing the Booking.
You can download and fill in the Word document Booking Form then send as an e-mail attachment to SHVHbookings@gmail.com
Where the hirer has not returned a signed booking form (which normally captures their agreement to the terms), the booking secretary will send out a final confirmation email (attaching the important documents) with a summary of the date/times of their hire etc and the following wording:
“Based on the above arrangements for your hire of Sheriff Hutton Village Hall, please can you send a reply to this email. By replying to this email you will be confirming that:
It is essential that the hirer replies saying that they accept the conditions
